34 Weeks

Pregnancy This Week
(I know we broke every photography rule in this picture, but when you've got two hungry tired boys, a husband who freaks out when he has to be in control of the camera, and a time schedule to get to church before they end the sermon...well, this results, and that's ok, shadows and all. I just appreciate my men for putting up with my insane addiction to documenting every detail of our lives.)
How Far Along: 34 weeks
Size of Baby: About 4 3/4lbs and 18" long (Harrison was 18" long at birth at birth)
Gender: Boy...Wilson Tyler!
Maternity Clothes: A mix of all things pretty much. I still haven't unpacked my box of maternity clothes, but I have so many regular high-waisted tops that I am able to put them to good use with Wilson's fast growing!
Movement: The guy is strong! He pushes and protests his cramped quarters and never fails to give me a good reminder of his tight situation right around the time I start falling asleep at night :)
Cravings: Fruit of any kind, sandwiches, rainbow sherbet
Symptoms: Getting some pretty strong and increasingly frequent Braxton-Hicks, but that's kind of exciting knowing things are gearing up for Wilson's birthday! I'm also nesting like crazy. I mean, who but a 9 month pregnant lady scrubs the bathroom ceilings? :)
Best Moment of the Week: Harrison has asked about every day when Wilson will come out. He can't wait to have "3 boys to play together". We've had to remind him about how small Jefferson was at first, etc. But he can't wait and daily prays that God will let him be born that day.
***UPDATE***
Yesterday at my doctor's appointment, I was measuring very small and Wilson's heart rate was very high, around 200. Anything over 160 is a concern so we were sent to the hospital for testing, monitoring, and worse case scenario, emergency delivery. Needless to say I was scared, but very blessed to have my mom with me. We prayed and trusted God. By the time we got there and I was hooked up to everything, Wilson's heart rate was perfectly fine. We also got another sneak peak at him with an ultrasound. He looked perfect. The doctor even said, this is NOT a small baby, you're just hiding him in there! He is 6 1/2lbs already and has very long legs we were told. Praise God for His protection over Wils and for getting extra time to see our little guy!
