13 Weeks

I'm way behind in documenting my weekly pregnancy posts, mainly because I've been too sick, or the boys have been too sick, or I forget to take a weekly picture. But better late than never, complete with a photo-bomb by a big brother :)

How Far Along: 13 weeks

Size of Baby: About 3", the length of a pea pod

Gender: We hope to find out around Christmastime!

Maternity Clothes: Not yet, if you remember from my other pregnancies, I've been given a freakishly long torso in which babies like to hide.

Movement: This week I've started feeling those teeny little taps and flutters, mainly when I'm trying to fall asleep :)

Cravings: Cream of fruit flavored instant oatmeal and turkey sandwiches on homemade bread...yum!

Symptoms: After the past few months of non stop feeling green, definitely worse in the evenings, I can see the light at the end of the first trimester tunnel!

Best Moment of the Week: We had an ultrasound this week and got to see a perfectly healthy baby kicking, rolling, and flipping all over the place. I feel so blessed to be given a glimpse into my babies being knitted in secret and watch their little growing bodies. This baby has already stolen my heart as we watched him/her practice thumb sucking and not cooperating with ultrasound techs by moving around too much :)
